As a multidisciplinary artist with a love for logic and strategy, she thrives on making sense of complex challenges, driven by a deep appreciation for structure. With experience in project management, UX design, and facilitation, she combines logic with empathy to build systems that support both efficiency and ease.
When she’s not driving the business forward, Taylor works closely with CEOs to lighten their mental load, guide delegation, streamline operations, cultivate thriving team cultures, and bring brands to life through intentional strategy and design. With 13+ years leading global teams, Zeal is a fractional Chief Operating Officer who turns chaotic growth into smooth, scalable operations. He pairs an Executive MBA and a Master’s in Information Systems Security Management with deep DevOps, cybersecurity, and information management expertise to build systems that run reliably at speed.
He streamlines workflows, fortifies business continuity, risk management, and compliance, and delivers complex projects on time and on budget, applying SAFe to align C-suite priorities and remove bottlenecks.
